Quasars, or quasi-stellar objects, are so named because they are specific objects like stars. However, there are like stars. From the analysis they are determined to be very distant, some are the most distant objects we can see. But they are also very bright.Such intensity seen by the Earth at distances so large that look very strong. What could be? For many years astronomers aback. Now it has been determined that quasars are more likely the centers of active galaxies. In the center of many galaxies can rest Supermassive Black Holes. Black disks around these giant holes material falling into the form. This matter is heated to unimaginably high temperatures and therefore, so bright that some active galactic nuclei outshine their host galaxies.
Black holes are also jets of matter shoot out from the center of the galaxy. These aircraft may fly millions of light years. Quasars are active galactic nuclei that have their special aircraft aligned with our line of sight. So we're looking down the plane and it looks extremely bright.

cool, I learned about these in 5th grade
